Frigo’s lasagna is an old family recipe made from fresh grated mozzarella cheese, homemade marinara sauce, sweet rich ricotta cheese and imported lasagna noodles from Italy. Frigo’s lasagnas come in 3 types: meat (ground beef), vegetable ( sauteed yellow squash, zucchini, and mushrooms) and cheese.
The lasagna is made in a 9 x 13 pan and serves 10 people. It is a hefty 71/2 pounds. It is then frozen for shipping purposes. Each lasagna is $35.00.
Our lasagnas are shipped in a styrofoam container packed with dry ice that can shipped anywhere in the USA vis UPS. Freight is an additional charge. Any lasagna shipped within 100 miles of our store in Springfield, Massachusetts can be shipped ground rate and anything outside of 100 miles of our store would be at an next day air rate.
